• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping to some Asian and remote regions may not be available.

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect delivered items immediately. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected] with photos.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging is intact
• Proof of purchase is provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Used Grill Accessories
• Used On Cart Grills
• Custom/special order items
• Items not in original condition

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for RMA number and instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
